Women bring so much to the table when serving in elected office!

Lillian’s List Featured Candidates come from diverse backgrounds, from teaching to healthcare to military service, but one quality many of them have in common is that they are mothers.

We’d like to invite you to a special virtual panel, A Celebration of Mothers in Politics, featuring Rep. Ashton Clemmons, Congressional candidate Jasmine Beach-Ferrara, and Wake Forest Town Commissioner Bridget Wall-Lennon on May 6 at 7pm.

Will you sponsor this panel with a gift of in honor of a mother figure in your life? So many of us have a woman in our lives who pushes and inspires us to be a better sister, mother, parent, or friend, and this is a great way to recognize them!

With help from sponsors, we will be able to host this event without charging admission fees so that it is accessible to all.

During the panel, we’ll hear what it’s like to run, win, and lead while being a parent—a job that is not always easy but certainly rewarding. We hope that hearing these inspiring stories will motivate even more women and mothers to get involved and run for office.
