Tell Senators to vote "NO" on Judge Ozerden

Dear John.

Judge Ozerden is the district judge for the Southern District of Mississippi who refused to protect Christians from being forced to follow the Obamacare contraceptive mandate. Judge Ozerden refused to hear the complaint of the Catholic Diocese of Biloxi, whose leaders said the contraceptive mandate violated their religious liberty and the deeply held religious belief in the sanctity of human life. 
 
It's no longer business as usual with America's activist judges, so it can no longer be business as usual in choosing America's judges. We must choose committed constitutionalists who will fight to set the American judicial ship right, and Judge Ozerden has proven by his record not to be that.

TAKE ACTION: Urge your U.S. senators to vote against the confirmation of Judge Ozerden to the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
 
At least 79 members of Congress, including Mick Mulvaney (R-SC), who is now acting White House Chief of Staff, and Mike Pompeo (R-KS), who is U.S. Secretary of State, signed on to a letter to the court in defense of religious liberty and the sanctity of human life and on behalf of the Catholic Diocese.
 
Judge Ozerden refused to hear the arguments of these members of Congress and chose instead to side with the Obama Administration and its contraceptive mandate.
 
America needs proven constitutional conservative jurists and Judge Ozerden is not one of them.
 
TAKE ACTION: Urge your U.S. senators to vote against the confirmation of Judge Ozerden to the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
