Congressional Democrats have blocked a vote on the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, a bill that would require a baby born alive after an attempted abortion to receive the same level of medical care as a newborn. Now, three Republican members of Congress are taking action to force a vote on the bill.
