It’s Tax Day, a haunting reminder of just how much Democrats love to spend
other people’s money.

Friend,

Today is one of the worst days of the year - Tax Day.

Even though we get an extra month to save up before we have to file this year,
the crushing weight of those taxes weighs heavy on families across Kentucky.

And it will only get worse if Democrats continue to roll back recent tax cuts
that have helped everyday folks keep a little extra money in their wallets.

You see, Democrats in Washington have never met a dollar they didn’t want to
spend, especially when that dollar comes from someone else’s pocket.

Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer aren’t going to foot the bill for the left’s
radical liberal agenda themselves - although they could certainly afford to! So
instead, they hike taxes on the rest of us.

Since the day I took office, I have fought to lower taxes so hardworking
Kentuckians can save more of the money they earn, and I don’t plan to back down
any time soon. But I need support from folks across Kentucky to keep me in
Washington so I can continue that fight.
