Hello John,

My name is Cindy Sussan and I’ve been highly involved with Abigail Spanberger’s campaign since her first run for Congress in 2018. Helping flip VA-7 blue was one of the most exciting experiences of my life, and I have remained a volunteer to her campaign ever since.

Before the pandemic, I hosted weekly phone banks at my home in Chesterfield County to ensure Abigail and other Democrats running in our district had the support they needed to win. These events made me feel proud to be a part of our community, as so many enthusiastic volunteers joined together to help turn out voters.

Most recently, I’ve been working to organize groups of postcard writers to help with the campaign’s thank you note program. While we have not been able to meet in person for quite some time, our work in volunteering for Abigail’s campaign has not slowed down.

This campaign is something I’ve devoted so much time to and am immensely passionate about. Which is why I’m writing to you today to ask if you’d consider contributing now to help fund our volunteer efforts.

Will you contribute $5, $15, or whatever you can to help volunteers like me have the resources we need to re-elect Abigail to Congress?

It has been an honor to be so involved with Abigail Spanberger’s campaign, and I am more motivated than ever to keep engaging voters and electing Democrats. Your contributions will be instrumental in helping our volunteer efforts expand and thrive.

Now I’ve got to go, it’s time to write a few more postcards to voters!

Thank you for your time,

Cindy Sussan
