Register while you still can for Arlington Chamber Volunteer Day! Now more than ever, it is important that the community comes together to find ways to support each other. There are plenty of projects for volunteers to choose from to help local nonprofits, as nonprofits have been especially hard-hit by the current crisis. There are still a variety of volunteer opportunities available:
Bridges to Independence has an outdoor opportunity for anyone looking to enjoy the beautiful Spring weather. The volunteers will be doing yard work to help beautify the shelter and to help Bridges save expenses and put more donations towards programs. Register
Volunteers can choose to present at a three-hour virtual mini-bootcamp in basic computer skills and/or workplace information. Register
Volunteers will send an encouraging message to neighbors with mental health issues. COVID-19 has impacted most people around the world in many ways, including mentally and emotionally. Register
Volunteers will be painting in the theater and in the theater lobby. All you need to know how to do is roll paint! Register
