In case you missed it, we hosted a Facebook livestream on the #BidenBorderCrisis with Jessica Anderson and renowned pollster Wes Anderson. The most important finding—your neighbors largely agree with you, a conservative, on immigration issues.

We want to share what our polls found with you FIRST, before we release it to the rest of the world next week.

Here’s a sneak peak of our findings. We found the majority of voters believe:

• Biden is to blame for the border crisis
• The surge of illegal immigration makes them less likely to vote for a Democrat Congressional candidate in 2022
• Illegal aliens should not be allowed to vote
• The border wall should not be removed
• The surge of illegal immigration is a public safety issue
• Americans should come first

What does this mean? It means the mainstream media has led conservatives to believe we are in the minority in order to silence us. They know their opinions aren’t popular, so they use scare tactics to make conservatives uncomfortable sharing their views.

The polling matters. Most people actually agree with conservatives on these issues. You do not have to be afraid to voice your views.

New York Puts Americans Last

New York just announced a $2.1 billion fund to give one-time payments of $15,600 to illegal immigrants who lost work during the pandemic. This comes after New York begged the federal government for bailout money because they could not afford relief for their citizens. Your taxpayer dollars are now footing the bill for a $2.1 billion fund solely for illegal immigrants in New York.

Based on our recent polling, 3 in 4 Americans agree “it’s unfair for illegal immigrants to get social services ahead of American citizens.”

Here’s the breakdown of who agrees:

• 57% of Democrats
• 73% of Independents
• 89% of Republicans
• 69% of Hispanics

This is why Heritage Action so strongly opposed bailouts for state governments. Taxpayers from across the country paid into a system that was supposed to aid in pandemic recovery, but now is putting illegal aliens ahead of American citizens.

Save Our Elections Update

Arizona

Ensuring Private Interests don’t run our Elections–– In a great step towards saving Arizona’s elections and promoting election integrity, the AZ Senate passed HB 2569 which prohibits corporate & private money from funding the government’s election operations. Governor Doug Ducey took swift action and signed the bill into law on Friday night

Jessica Anderson praised HB 2569 and congratulated state Rep Jake Hoffman (the bill's sponsor), Gov. Ducey, and the all the grassroots activist of Arizona.

Condemning a Federal Takeover of their State’s Elections–– Arizona lawmakers passed HCR 2023, making them the first state legislature to formally condemn H.R. 1.

But they aren’t the only ones condemning Pelosi’s meddling. New Hampshire’s Democratic Secretary of State has come out against H.R. 1 as well.

Polling shows that Arizonans support election integrity measures. Contact your Arizona legislators and tell them to continue to support strong election integrity bills.

Texas

State Representative Briscoe Cain’s HB 6 passed out of committee on Thursday. This bill:

• Encourages in-person voting, which is more secure
• Prohibits public officials from distributing unrequested vote-by-mail applications
• Strengthens prohibitions against vote harvesting
• Increases poll watcher access, which improves transparency

Along with HB 6, SB 7 and 47 other bills are under consideration. Now, the woke Left has noticed and is pressuring Texas corporations to speak against these common-sense protections.

There is still a long way to go and Texas legislators need your support. Call your TX legislators and tell them to keep up the good work and to continue to work towards saving our elections.

Florida

We are also organizing our activists in Florida to push for election integrity reform. The Florida Legislature is working on HB 7041 and made an amendment to the bill last night. We are currently re-evaluating the bill—Floridians, stay tuned for how to take action and be involved.

The Corrupt Politicians Act

We are continuing to push back against H.R. 1 / S. 1, or the Corrupt Politicians Act. This bill is a power grab by DC politicians that would undermine America’s electoral process.
