Session Overview:

Western Governors are signaling a desire for action on transportation electrification. This session will bring together leaders to discuss the big strides their states have taken recently and discuss the opportunities that the western states have for coordinated leadership given that the interest in electrification and vehicles themselves cross state lines.

The speakers will evaluate strategic questions moving forward:

- What best practice need to spread across the western states?
- Could an enhanced version of the 2017 Regional Electric Vehicle (REV) West Plan MOU between 8 western states serve as a vehicle for collaboration?
- What should the Governors aim to accomplish through a joint strategy?
