Finally -- Xavier Becerra has been sworn in as secretary of health and human services. And he's quickly getting to work on Biden's team bringing the pandemic to a close and vaccinating as many people as quickly as possible.

But Becerra needs our help, because he's starting off well behind where he needs to be. His confirmation vote was a bare-bones 50-49 after Republicans made him their top target. They'll continue to fight his every move.

Of course, that's because they're well aware of how hard he works. Becerra squared up against the Trump administration time and time again during his tenure as California attorney general, and he was key in the formulation of the Affordable Care Act.

Now, we can't let them sabotage our newest secretary right out of the gate. Would you help us show our support?
