John—

Ten people murdered at a Boulder grocery store yesterday, including one police officer. Eight murdered at Atlanta-area spas last week. Six people shot, one of them killed, at a house party in Philadelphia over the weekend.

When will this end?

Our team is working hard to strengthen our gun laws and save lives. But we can’t do it alone. Can you make a contribution to Giffords Law Center today? [[link removed]]

I just finished testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee about our country’s gun violence epidemic. Today, my testimony is timely because of the Boulder tragedy. But every single day in America leaves hundreds of families heartbroken due to preventable shootings. This crisis demands urgency. Watch my Senate testimony: [[link removed]]

It’s not a coincidence that this keeps happening in our country. It’s not a coincidence that this happens in our country more than it does in any other country.

Enough is enough. We won’t allow this to continue any longer.

The Senate must take action and pass universal background checks. Tell your senators to pass this critical legislation by texting UNIVERSAL to 34131.

Gratefully,
Robyn

PS: We need your support—make a donation today to help us pass lifesaving gun safety legislation. [[link removed]]
