Look, I know it’s a little corny. But the truth is, grassroots donations of $11 have the power to win this race. Since I launched my campaign, more than 4,000 people have chipped in. 95% of these contributions have been donations of less than $100.

But in 11 days, I face my first FEC end-of-quarter deadline. That means my team has to publicly report our fundraising numbers -- giving reporters, opponents, and potential endorsers a sense of how strong our movement really is.

Our compassionate, results-oriented campaign against extremist Madison Cawthorn has sparked a national conversation. But now it’s time to prove we’re here not just to talk, but to compete.
