Hi John -- Sending everyone care in these continued times of gendered, racialized and classed violence. We're writing you now, to share about an upcoming conference in which we'll be exploring small ways for donors to be part of upending these systems that cause such unending harm.
Registration is now open for the Transforming Philanthropy virtual conference this June!

What is Transforming Philanthropy?:
- Transforming Philanthropy was designed for young people (18-35 years old) with access to wealth who could be or are currently involved in their family foundations and/or who have direct access to a million dollars or more.
- It was designed in recognition that people giving higher amounts individually or through foundations have more specific needs and questions emerging about how to be part of creating a positive, more liberatory impact within philanthropy.
- It's designed for 18-35 year olds who are people of color with wealth, white people with wealth and poor, working, middle class partners/shared decision makers.
- Transforming Philanthropy happens every other year and will be happening virtually this June on Friday the 25th and Saturday the 26th.
We will use the time together to explore topics such as best donor practices, ways to redistribute decision making power, investing in the solidarity economy, organizing your family/networks, and wealth redistribution as part of healing and repair work.
Participants in this intimate gathering will have the chance to connect both days in small groups, get 1-1 coaching after the conference, and learn together through engaging panels and participatory workshops.
Bring your cousins, sibs etc to this next gen family affair.
