Her Time worked hard to ensure the Violence Against Women Act included an amendment to make cyber exploitation a federal crime and the House is voting on it today.
Will you make sure your Representative hears from you before it's too late?

Subject: URGENT: Tell your Representative to reauthorize the Violence Against Women Act
Reauthorizing the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) is one of Her Time's top legislative priorities and is being voted on in the House tomorrow.
Her Time has been working closely with Congressional leaders to include an amendment that will make cyber exploitation (aka "revenge porn" or "nonconsensual pornography") illegal.
We're so close to passing VAWA with the cyber exploitation amendment, but both are still facing an uphill battle. That's why we are launching a letter-writing campaign so that your Representative can hear directly from you.
Will you spend one minute to make sure VAWA passes with the cyber exploitation amendment?
VAWA should have been renewed years ago, but has been in Mitch McConnell's legislative graveyard. Now is our best chance to make sure it becomes law.
I know firsthand how important it is for Representatives to hear directly from people. They're voting on this TOMORROW so there is no time to wait.
Join Her Time's campaign by sending a letter directly to your member of Congress today!
Thank you for taking action!
