Mondaire doesn’t want to stop there. He couldn’t be prouder to have an “F” grade from the NRA, and he’s committed to passing strong safety laws to protect our communities from gun violence.

It’s now time for the Senate to pass universal background checks for all gun sales — a measure that is supported by the vast majority of Americans.

Mondaire also supports an assault weapons ban and mandatory buyback program because we don’t need military-grade weapons on our streets and in our communities. Moreover, he is deeply concerned about the many loopholes that make it easier for domestic abusers and other dangerous people to buy guns.

Our families shouldn’t live in fear of gun violence in our homes, schools, movie theaters, nightclubs, and houses of worship. There is so much that Congress must do to curb this epidemic of gun violence, so Mondaire wants to hear from you about which policies you support.
