We won’t defeat Trump by getting lost in an endless ideological debate. And we won’t win by just looking in the rearview mirror for days past.

We have to make the case for real, meaningful change in people’s lives. We have to deliver health care for every single American, stop gun violence from threatening our communities and tackle climate change head on.

We have to make our government work for the people again.
