On Thursday, March 4th, we are making some changes to your ActionID login for NGP (app.ngpvan.com) behind the scenes in order to stay up-to-date with the latest in security options. This update is being rolled out gradually, so if you use more than one of our sites, you will receive a separate email regarding when this change will take place for that site.
While the changes you experience will be minimal, you may notice the following:
- If you use two-factor authentication, you will be prompted to download new backup codes. Be sure to delete or throw out your old ones.
- You can expect a new and improved look for your login page.
- You will still navigate to your usual web address and log in with ActionID. However, you may be prompted to update your password manager if you use one. Currently, when you go to your site’s web address, you are temporarily redirected to accounts.ngpvan.com and prompted to enter your login credentials before being taken to your database. With this update, we will swap the redirect to id.ngpvan.com.
