I hope this message finds you well. We're dealing with some bitter
temperatures in Northeast Ohio but Spring is just around the corner!

 

There has been a lot of activity in Congress recently and I wanted to provide
you with some brief updates:



Covid-19 Relief

There's no doubt that Americans and small businesses need critical Covid-19
relief legislation. Since the start of the pandemic, I've been working
tirelessly to support families and small businesses that need it the most and
have struggled throughout the last year.

 

However, I also have concerns about the proposal the Democrats are putting up
for a vote this week. As a proud Conservative, I fear that this bill does not
target those that need the money the most and its vast size will ultimately do
more harm than good to our economy and future job opportunities.



Robinhood/Reddit Hearing   

As a member of the House Committee on Financial Services, I participated in
the questioning of Robinhood and other CEOs involved in the recent
GameStop/Reddit market concerns. Please take a moment to watch my recent CNBC

Mars Rover Landing

I also sit on the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology and wanted to
share with you my excitement at last Thursday's rover landing on Mars. This is
a significant scientific achievement for America as we continue to lead the
world in pioneering innovative, new technologies that will preserve our
competitive advantage and support future job creation opportunities.
