Dear John,

REGISTER NOW for the webinar/release of the seventh edition of “The 100 Most Overpaid CEOs” report on February 25, 2021: [link removed]

Since 2015 As You Sow has analyzed the CEO pay packages of all S&P 500 companies to identify overpaid executives and how financial asset managers, pension funds, and other financial fiduciaries vote on those pay packages at the annual shareholder meeting. This year, we are also considering the effect of COVID on compensation and voting practices.

Join our panel of experts as we discuss the latest data and trends:

— Robert Reich, Former US Secretary of Labor and best-selling author

— Rosanna Landis Weaver, report author and Program Manager for CEO Pay at As You Sow

— Tracy Stewart, Manager of Corporate Governance Research at Florida State Board of Administration

— R. Paul Herman, HIP Investor Founder and CEO

The 100 Most Overpaid CEOs: Are Fund Managers Asleep at the Wheel? Identifies which financial managers have not exercised their fiduciary duty to put the brakes on skyrocketing CEO Pay.

After the webinar, please join us in our virtual As You Sow World for an after-party where your avatar can chat with panelists and others in the audience. Link to be provided on the day of the event.
