Tennesseans all across our state tell me they’re sick of career politicians not listening to them. They’re fed up with folks putting partisanship ahead of people while Tennesseans suffer the consequences.

We have rural hospitals closing, opioids are ravaging our communities, and the trade war that already hurt us more than any other state is getting worse. But my opponent Bill Hagerty says everything is great and promises more of the same.

Why? Well, after Hagerty raised all this money for Trump’s election, helped fill Trump’s cabinet with lobbyists and other Washington elites, and secured himself a cushy diplomatic job overseas, he’s reaped all the rewards of his blind loyalty. Since entering the race, Hagerty has made it clear that he’s running for Senate to serve and stand with Donald Trump -- no matter what.

That’s not the job, and we can’t afford to elect another senator who only cares about pleasing the president.
