These last few weeks have been an exciting time for refugees and asylum seekers
and all of us who support them. On the heels of the administration’s recent
positive actions to increase refugee resettlement and begin processing asylum
seekers at the U.S.-Mexico border, it is important that the Jewish community
continues to signal our support of displaced people everywhere.
We are now only two weeks away from Refugee Shabbat. Please join us for two
important events to add your voice to the thousands of others who are committed
to dignity and welcome for all those whose lives are in danger because of who
they are.
