John, It's official... News broke last night that the FBI and U.S. Attorney are investigating Andrew Cuomo for his deadly nursing home coverup. This is an important step toward getting justice for his victims and their families, but we can't stop here. Today, I traveled to Albany and Rochester and stood outside of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer's office to call on him to weigh in on this massive scandal engulfing New York State. He is the most powerful New Yorker in the federal government and he MUST weigh in on the bipartisan calls for an independent investigation. Schumer was in Albany just the other day and he ran and hid from reporters to avoid answering questions. Now, you know this scandal is BAD if Chuck Schumer is hiding from television cameras. I was honored and humbled to be joined in Rochester by several New Yorkers who lost a loved one to Cuomo's deadly order.
