What’s happening in Texas is what happens when poor leadership is met with a natural disaster. Republican Senators, just like they did with the impeachment trial, are passing the buck.
It doesn't stop with Senators. Former Texas Governor Rick Perry and Governor Greg Abbott are doing the same thing and they must be held accountable too.

That is nonsense.
