Over the past year, New York has learned what community organizers and activists have known all along: We build better solutions when the People are included and empowered.
That often hasn’t been the case here in the city, where the voices of the People have been ignored for too long. This would change under the Morales Administration, because Dianne believes that those closest to the problems are closest to the solutions.
