Last year's OAD endorsees are doing amazing work in office, and we want to make sure you hear about them, team.

Take a moment to learn about the powerful, progressive leadership CaMia Hopson, Bee Nguyen, Stacey Evans, Donna McLeod, Deborah Gonzalez, Michelle Au, and Nikki Merritt are bringing to the Georgia Legislature and Western Judicial Circuit.

Rep. Bee Nguyen (HD-89) advocated for workers' protections amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Bee Nguyen: As a former grocery & restaurant worker, I can't help but think of how hard these jobs are under normal circumstances. Combined with a pandemic & employers whom are not providing safe working conditions, I can't vote for a bill that doesn't hold employers accountable.

Rep. Stacey Evans (HD-57), a first-generation college graduate, introduced three bills to help students from underserved communities access HOPE scholarships to cover college expenses.

Western Circuit District Attorney Deborah Gonzalez announced key policy changes and reforms to reduce incarceration levels and further the cause of equality in the justice system.

Sen. Dr. Michelle Au (SD-48) drafted a state Senate resolution, which received wide bipartisan support, recognizing the Lunar New Year.
