When Hickenlooper announced he was running for Senate after a failed presidential campaign, the DSCC endorsed him without waiting to see who was the best candidate. That’s why I wrote a letter, alongside five other women running to be Colorado’s next Senator and called on the DSCC to un-endorse Hickenlooper.

The DSCC endorsed Hickenlooper even though he himself has said that he’s not cut out to be a Senator. They endorsed him even though he has close ties to oil and gas. They endorsed him even though there is a full field of talented, progressive women running.
