Del. Stacey Plaskett, a non-voting member of Congress who represents the U.S. Virgin Islands, has become a key part of the team of House impeachment managers bringing the case against Trump.
Plaskett is the only Black woman present at Trump's Senate trial. “These nine managers look like this country, and we are bringing accountability to a man who believed that with his wealth and his Whiteness, he is unaccountable to anyone,” she said of the House's impeachment team.
