Tomorrow is the anniversary of the devastating school shooting in Parkland, Florida at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. As we prepare to honor the innocent lives lost, we’re thinking about how to prevent future tragedies.

During the pandemic, we have been fortunate to see a drop in school shootings. But the tragic reality is that they may tick back up again as more students go back to school. We must take immediate action to make our students safer.
