Since Election Day, it’s been a LONG three months of court challenges and
ballot canvassing. I was finally certified the winner earlier this week, and
I’m in D.C. to work for the people of NY-22. It’s time to take a stand against
the Democrats and their progressive agenda.

 

But, I do have some unfinished business with Andrew Cuomo and how he handled
the 2020 election.Because what happened to me should NEVER happen to another
candidate ever again.

 

Back in August, Cuomo suddenly changed the rules of the game. In the middle of
the general election, he decided to allow absentee ballots received AFTER the
general election, throwing our elections into chaos. Our county officials were
swamped with ballot requests and overwhelmed counting ballots for weeks after
Election Day.

 

Now, I am going to use my platform in Congress to demand action on election
security, but I need your help. Will you chip-in to help me make a difference
in Washington?

Friend, that my election was not resolved for more than THREE MONTHS following
November 3rd means the people of NY-22 werewithout a voice in Washington
representing their interests. That empty seat in Congress meant there was no
one to fight for NY-22 jobs, to stop the latest impeachment scam, and to say no
to the Green New Deal. 

 

We cannot allow this to happen ever again. Not in our district or any other
district. 

 

That’s why I’m going to fight harder than ever before in Congress to secure
our elections.
