Yesterday afternoon the judge overseeing the NY-22 recount made his final ruling: the Board of Elections must certify the election with Claudia Tenney as the rightful winner. This was a long and frustrating process--it was the last House seat in the country to be decided--but both sides were heard in court and every LEGAL vote was counted. This is a huge victory for our Republican Party AND for Election Integrity. Every step of the way, Nancy Pelosi and her high-priced Washington henchmen were trying to manipulate the courts and steal this election. They fought tooth and nail to get only the votes THEY wanted to be counted. We would not let it stand, and thankfully the judge wouldn't either. Even though the judge ensured all legal votes were counted and ruled the election must be certified with Claudia as the official winner, Pelosi and the Democrats are refusing to concede. Nancy Pelosi and Anthony Brindisi are trying to deny the will of the voters. Democrats are such hypocrites, John. They don't care about the will of the people--they only care about their own power. They're now trying to appeal the decision and prevent Claudia from being sworn in and seated. This has been a long and expensive fight, but we can't give up now.
