Local governments around the country are facing a crisis within a crisis as they try to combat mass evictions: a lack of data. Information about who is getting evicted and where is difficult to come by, This lack of information is slowing efforts to stop what experts call a "tsunami of evictions" that is predicted to hit once moratoriums are lifted.
