Dear friends
In my campaign for Congress, I was honored to have the
endorsement of Council for a Livable World, which was incredibly
effective in supporting my campaign and raising money for the
effort.
I would like you to consider signing this petition to President
Biden asking him to reverse Trump's dangerous nuclear policies.

The Council has been heavily involved in congressional
campaigns since its founding by Leo Szilard in 1962.
The Council promotes policies to reduce and eventually eliminate
nuclear threats and minimize the risk of war. It does this by
helping elect Congressional candidates who share their goals and
supporting Members of Congress once in office.
Along with its sister organization, the Center for Arms Control
and Non-Proliferation, Council for a Livable World has been at
the forefront of U.S. arms control and national security policy
for more than half a century and has been instrumental in
supporting treaties that keep us all safer from nuclear
catastrophe.
In fact, the Council supported Joe Biden in his first longshot
campaign for the Senate in 1972. That support was bookended this
year when the Council, for the first time in its 58-year history,
endorsed a candidate for President: now-President Joe Biden.
In last year's election, the Council raised $1.5 million for 35
victorious candidates, with some races still undecided. And the
organization, headed by former Massachusetts Congressman John
Tierney, is already beginning to plan their involvement in key
2022 elections.
Again, I urge you to sign the petition

and make a contribution ( [link removed] ) so
they can continue their important work, and support additional
candidates.
Thank you again for contributions to my campaign and your hard
work to build a better nation this year. We are incredibly
grateful to you and your team for all of your efforts. We hope to
continue our partnership with you in the future.
Sincerely,
David----
