The USPS is still in deep financial trouble because of a mandate passed in 2006 by a Republican-led Congress that required the agency to pre-fund health care benefits for its retirees. Advocates are calling on Biden to pass emergency relief in his first 100 days -- saving hundreds of thousands of postal jobs. But with our country in crisis, the new presidential administration could turn its attention elsewhere. That's why we need to hear from you today:
