These findings will have implications across New York State and they cannot be dismissed as ‘political attacks.’ “Andrew Cuomo was the only governor in America to have a deadly combination of policies that forced covid patients into nursing homes and prohibited them from testing. He then used the power and resources of the state government to engage in a coverup-- issuing false reports, trying to hide his Executive Order and using the platform of his briefings to lie to New Yorkers. “The veil is being lifted on Cuomo’s lies and incompetence.
