It's really happening: Rudy Giuliani is being sued for $1.3 billion.

Dominion Voting Systems has filed a defamation lawsuit against Trump's lawyer, "based on statements [he] made on Twitter, in conservative media and during legislative hearings where the former mayor of New York claimed the voting machine company conspired to flip votes to President Joe Biden," according to POLITICO.

Giuliani might finally be held accountable for one of his many crimes -- but given that he's skirted responsibility for his sins before, there's no guarantee he'll actually face the music.
