The Biden team finally has access to the Trump administration's vaccine plan -- and apparently, they didn't find much of a plan at all. "There is nothing for us to rework,” one advisor told CNN. “We are going to have to build everything from scratch.”
We won't lie -- this info leaves us worried about Biden's vow to get 100 million shots in arms in his first hundred days.
With a delay this significant straight out of the gate, we need to gauge right now whether Americans are still behind the president's public health agenda. Is this a failure to deliver on a campaign promise -- or an inherited mess from the previous administration?
