Voter suppression has no place in Georgia anymore. We must fight these obvious attempts by the Georgia GOP to cheat their way to victory in 2022.

Friend,

Georgia Republicans are doing everything in their power to make sure it's impossible for them to lose in 2022. But instead of doing it through grassroots organizing and listening to all of their constituents, they are predictably turning to racist voter suppression tactics.

Already, the Gwinnett County Board of Elections Chair Alice O'Lenick openly admitted that without changes to voting operations, Republicans may never win again. Brad Raffensperger and Brian Kemp are even supporting a change to absentee voting laws that would require photo ID.

This is why 2021 is just as important as 2022 will be. The hard truth is that at the state and local level Georgia is still very red. We will need to use every resource available to oust Retrumplican officials so that the people once again control who gets to vote and how, not special interests who are determined to hang on to their power.

Friend, we have to raise $2 million — $1 million by summer and the rest before the end of the year — if we hope to really galvanize struggling Democrats in State House and Senate races across Georgia in 2022. Can you chip in $20, or whatever you can give, right now towards our efforts?

If we want to really change Georgia from purple to blue, we have to put just as much effort into the 2021 and 2022 State House and Senate races as we did in 2020. Georgia Blue Project can't do that without the support of committed Democrats like you. Thank you for your support.
