Over the past year, we've seen a huge spike in residential burglaries, we’ve witnessed an increase in gun-related crimes, and we’ve heard about many other disturbing incidents that are driving families out of San Francisco.



Last month I held a town hall with Police Chief Bill Scott (you can watch the recording of that event here <[link removed]>). While SFPD has a big role in keeping our neighborhoods safe, the District Attorney is an important part of that work as well. That's why I have invited District Attorney Chesa Boudin to a virtual town hall on public safety in our community. I hope you will join us on Friday, January 29, at 5:00 pm.
