Earlier this month, I carried out my most solemn responsibility as a member of Congress and voted to impeach former President Trump. It is clear that he incited an insurrection against Congress, and the Senate must convict him once Speaker Pelosi sends over the article of impeachment today.

However, we are still learning more disturbing details about how Members of Congress may not have only joined Trump in inciting the riot, but also directly abetted these white supremacist terrorists.

Anyone who not only helped incite this insurrection but provided information to aid terrorists in their efforts does not deserve the privilege of serving in Congress. Add your name if you agree they must be investigated, expelled, and barred from holding public office. [[link removed]]

These co-conspirators in sedition have directly put their fellow members of Congress at risk, and continuing to give them the power of elected office could cause incredible harm to our country.

Thank you for standing with me on this critical issue. Convicting former President Trump is not enough. I’m proud to co-sponsor Congresswoman Cori Bush’s resolution to investigate and expel the Members who incited the insurrection. We cannot achieve peace without justice, and we cannot begin to heal as a nation without accountability for Trump and all of his co-conspirators.
