Out for your daily walk, run, or skip? Perhaps you’re off to the supermarket for your weekly outing? Well you might just notice some new posters around the block.

In 2020, the CALM helpline has been a lifeline for many, with helpline staff answering one phone call every 66 seconds. That’s why we’re taking over billboards and bus stops across the UK to help more people see a way forward.

Swap box sets for paint sets with the Art Collective’s January Challenge. Last year, 30,000 people took part, with over 98% saying it had a positive impact on their mental wellbeing. The cold, wet evenings are a great excuse to dip your toes in something new. You can take part throughout January.

Gemma finished 365 day’s worth of challenges as 2020 came to a close. She raised over £1000!
