Here at The Southern Strategy, we worked day and night in Georgia to build a coalition of Black, young, and women voters and get them to the polls — and yesterday, all of our hard work culminated with the swearing-in of Senators Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock.
This is historic: Jon Ossoff is the youngest Senator currently serving, and Raphael Warnock is the first Black Senator from Georgia.
Georgia voters are now represented by people that share their lived experiences and are willing to fight every day for their interests, and this was all possible because of you, friend.

In Georgia, we provided over 80,000 free rides to and from the polls to make voting more accessible. Our hard work helped flip the Senate, and this is definitely worth celebrating, but it’s not enough — we know we can do more.
This is just the beginning of what we can accomplish in bringing political power to underrepresented people and communities. We are planning on playing everywhere and are ready to replicate this success in races at every level in every state.
