Hello Friends!

My grandmother once told me that you can learn a lot about a politician by watching how he (or she!) campaigns. I know I’m biased as Indya’s husband, but I could not be prouder of how she’s handling this race to become Knoxville’s next mayor. She’s out knocking on doors, attending neighborhood meetings, and earning votes in every part of our fair city. She’s also done the work to understand the issues and craft common sense and data-driven solutions. Will you stand with Indya by making a contribution today, ahead of our critical September 30 fundraising deadline? [[link removed]]

Believe me, you can expect more of the same from Indya as mayor. Her campaign reflects her priorities and style: she is a listen-first, grassroots, neighborhood person, who loves to dig into the details and come up with viable solutions.

Indya has run an incredibly efficient and lean campaign that has relied on passionate volunteers and smart spending. She needs your help now more than ever. We are well aware that our opponent will outraise Indya, but we’ve been outraised and won before and we will do it again with your help! Indya has all the momentum right now but we need you to close the deal. Help us get Indya‘s message out by donating $50, $25, $10, or whatever you can today. [[link removed]]

Thanks for all you do!
