Rep. Steve Cohen says he personally saw Rep. Lauren Boebert giving tours to a group in the days leading up to the Capitol insurrection. We don’t know who exactly was in that tour group. But we do know what Boebert said and did on January 6th.

She started the day by tweeting this:

When the armed insurrectionists stormed the Capitol, chanting “Hang that ***** Pelosi,” Boebert helpfully tweeted her location:

She’s since deflected and walked back her words. But she can’t get rid of photos showing her posing with heavily armed far-right militia groups during her run for Congress. She can’t deny that she tweeted “I am the militia” this summer. And she can’t delete the video of her on the House floor on the day of the riot admitting “I have constituents outside this building right now!”
