Trump's criminal conduct on January 6 could result in charges for incitement of violence. But according to POLITICO, Trump could potentially face even more serious criminal charges: “If the federal murder probe … determines that those responsible were incited to violence at the Save America rally just hours before, Trump could find himself charged with inciting a murder.”
Many Americans believe that Trump should not be held responsible so the country can “unify” and move on, just as Ford believed when he pardoned Nixon.
