John, we’re all contributing to climate change—and every one of us can do something to stop it. Will you step up for wildlife like the Canada lynx and give $30 to power our programs to protect and restore our climate?
With snowshoe-like paws and thick fur, the Canada lynx is specially adapted for the deep snow of old-growth northern forests. But in less than a century, this elusive wild cat could vanish from its current range in the continental United States. Why? Imperiled wildlife like the lynx can’t escape rising temperatures, decreasing snowfall, extreme weather, and the other devastating effects of climate change.
We refuse to ignore climate change because wildlife can’t wait. Will you ignore climate change, John, or will you step up?
The damage to our planet from rapid and accelerating warming could become permanent if we don’t act soon. Critical programs must be funded immediately if we’re going to make a real impact on reversing and preventing climate change. Please give as generously as you can.
John, if you’re worried about the future of our climate, we need you to know 3 things right now:
- Climate change is already life-threatening to both people and wildlife—and it’s going to get worse without immediate steps to cut carbon pollution and build carbon sinks.
- Climate change could put 16% of all species at risk of extinction.
- We can still reverse and prevent damage from climate change—but time is running out for wildlife like the Canada lynx. Please, John, will you help us take action to combat climate change?
On September 20th, we marched with millions of youth and their adult allies to demand climate action. Today, we’re asking for your support of our ongoing work to protect wildlife from climate change. Will you join our fight?
Right now, we’re losing this battle. If we don’t step up our efforts to combat climate change, the consequences for both people and wildlife will be catastrophic and irreversible. You can help protect wildlife from climate change by giving $30 or whatever you can spare, John.
Thank you for your continued support to protect and save wildlife during these crucial times.
