Hey friends,
I'm sure you've seen us share countless times that we're gearing up for our most impactful and diverse climate justice convergence yet. Well, it's getting even bigger because we can officially say that the convergence is going virtual!
Now there's no limit or capacity to how many of you can join us this April 16-25 — our new extended timeline. Because our original plan was to host the event in New Orleans, we still want to honor the city's climate resilience and its teachings about building justice into climate recovery. So we still plan to center the convergence around New Orleans arts and culture, along with other anchoring themes, while working closely with our host city committee to ensure we’re highlighting key voices and providing relevant programming to youth folks in the city and region.
Who will be headlining the event and interacting with y’all in the virtual panels?

Destiny Hodges: Founder, Co-Executive Director, & Communications Director of Generation Green

Jamie Margolin: Co-Founder of Zero Hour

Bill McKibben: Founder of 350.org

\Mary Heglar: Climate Justice Writer & Co-Host of the podcast, Hot Take

Amy Westervelt: Journalist & Co-Host of the podcast, Hot Take
And more to be announced in the near future!
If you register now, you’ll receive a t-shirt and other swag that you’ll have in time for the convergence. Let’s continue to grow the youth-led climate movement from computers across the country.
See you at the convergence!
