Team,
On January 6 — Trump incited the mob. He cheered on the mob. He refused to stop the mob. Now, Trump is refusing to take responsibility for the insurrection on Capitol Hill.
Instead, he’s fanning the flames of violence by telling reporters that his impeachment is “causing tremendous anger.”
Trump would rather burn this country to the ground than look “weak.” And with six days left until Joe Biden’s Inauguration, tensions are higher than ever. Trump is too dangerous to remain in office.
Trump knew what he was doing when he urged millions of supporters to come to Washington to fight. He knew the dangers of telling them to march to the Capitol and show no weakness. He knew that he was leading an insurrection rebellion.
But he didn’t care. Now he needs to pay the price. We need to take action, now!
