THEN: Congressional Republicans refused to certify the election results, citing conspiracy theories as their reasons — urging their Republican supporters to take action.
WEDNESDAY: Trump and his GOP allies incited a dangerous mob to strom Capitol Hill — undermining our democracy once again and, this time, putting lives at risk.
