His presidency is stained with dozens of impeachable offenses, countless ways in which he has corroded our democracy and degraded the office he holds. But Wednesday’s assault on the capital is the most egregious. 

 

Members of Trump’s cabinet have an obligation to invoke the 25th Amendment. Unfortunately, it seems clear they would rather resign in cowardice. It is up to Congress to immediately impeach and remove Trump.
