Please read this important notice from our state government partners.
Stakeholders from across the entire early care and learning community—child care and early learning providers, doulas, home-visitors, Early Intervention providers, and others -- are all strongly encouraged to attend the Early Childhood Workforce Town Hall on Vaccine Distribution and Federal Relief Funding.
On Friday, January 15 (11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. CST), please join the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS), the Governor’s Office, the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), and the Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies (INCCRA) for a Town Hall meeting with the early childhood workforce to discuss two important topics:
-
Vaccine distribution for the early childhood field, and
-
Funding included in the federal relief bill passed by Congress in December to support child care providers during COVID-19 in 2021.
