I will object to the certification of electors in states where there's evidence of voter fraud.

Our Founding Fathers established the Electoral College to ensure a fair process in electing our nation's head of state. In their wisdom, and with subsequent amendments and legislation, there are checks and balances to account for times such as these.
We've witnessed countless accusations of voter fraud and irregularities throughout the past few months, and many voters here in Kansas and across the country have legitimate concerns about the process and legality of the presidential election.
Today I will object to the certification of several states' electors in an effort to bring transparency and trust to this process.
This isn't about who was on the ballot, but instead, it's about who cast those ballots and whether applicable state laws were enforced.
Our democratic republic is only as strong as our ability to hold free and fair elections. Enough questions are surrounding the presidential election that it is incumbent on the House and Senate to carefully review these allegations.
While counting legal votes and dismissing illegal votes seems like common sense, the media and extreme progressives have relentlessly attacked me this week – and it won't stop anytime soon.
I'm proud to stand with the many Kansans who are outraged by the alleged fraud and irregularities in this election, and I appreciate your support as I stand up for the Constitution today in the U.S. House.
